The Design Process
 
1- The Brief 
This can be in the form of a meeting, phone conversation or email or a combination of these. It is the most important part of the design process where the client provides essential information regarding their business, their products/services, and company culture. The designer needs this information in order to provide designs that not only meets your requirements but that are also inline with your corporate identity.

2- Prototype Designs  
Once we have the brief we will be able to provide you with a written quotation and once approved we will start the designing of your artwork. Once the prototypes are completed we will send these to you for you to review.

3- Review 
Once you have received the prototypes we will have another meeting or conversation in order to get your opinion on the designs. Usually we would pick one design and then modify certain elements such as the typography, colour or layout. If you are not happy with any of the designs then we will go back to step 2 and provide you with further prototypes.

4- Final Designs
Once you are happy with the final designs and these have been signed off they will be provided to you in a format that is suitable for their use (internet, ready for print, etc)

5- Payment
In accordance with our terms & conditions, payment is requested at the end of the project. In some cases an up front deposit may be required - this would be detailed in the initial quotation.
